Andbank’s whistleblowing channel allows you to report any unlawful actions, the principles set out in our Code of Conduct and our internal regulations.

In a business context, any person of any status (employees, including those whose employment contract has not started or has ended, volunteers and trainees, subcontractors, suppliers, self-employed persons, shareholders and members of the administrative, management or supervisory body- the “Whistleblower”) may report information about Breaches, including reasonable suspicions, of actual or potential Breaches, that have occurred or are very likely to occur in his/her business.

The law of 16 May 2023 implements Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons who report breaches of Union law into Luxembourg law.

To benefit from the protective regime provided for by the Law, the Whistleblower must

  2. have complied with the reporting procedures, as described in the Law.

You can file a complaint in the following ways:

Furthermore, at Andbank we reject any type of reprisal against whistleblowers and against any person who participates in the investigation of the reported facts, taking, where appropriate, the necessary measures to guarantee the protection of the whistleblower as indicated by the law of 16 May 2023 on the protection of persons who report breaches. Once we have received the complaint, we will send you an acknowledgement of receipt, with a reference, within no more than seven days of receiving it, and we will inform you of the outcome of the proceedings within no more than three months, unless there is a particular complexity that requires an extension of the period, which may be extended to a maximum of three additional months.

In addition to the above, you can also file a report with the Independent Whistleblower Protection Authority.

This whistleblowing channel is not the means for sending customer complaints and/or claims. These must be dealt with by the Customer Service Department. Nor is the whistleblowing channel to be used for contacting the Data Protection Officer, as for these cases we have the channels provided for this purpose, as stated on the website.
